Learning
What topics are covered in the curriculum?
The core curriculum focuses on key challenges faced by middle managers, including managing conflict and performance, dealing with unclear expectations, balancing team and management demands, and leading through organisational change.
What is the learning format?
The program uses a blended learning approach, including in-class sessions, guest speaker talks, individual coaching, self-study, and a community/industry project.
Are there opportunities for hands-on learning?
Yes, the program includes a mandatory community/industry project where participants apply their learnings to a real-world challenge. Optional field visits and overseas tours also provide practical immersion.

What is the application process?
After submitting your online application, our team will review it. If you meet the eligibility criteria, we will contact you within 3-5 business days with next steps, including payment information and onboarding details.
What is the schedule and time commitment?
The program consists of 6 core sessions over 3 months in a bi-weekly format. Session lengths vary (8 hours for Sessions 1 & 6, 3.5 hours for Sessions 2-5). The total time commitment includes in-class hours, guest speaker sessions, coaching, self-study, and project work. Please refer to the Schedule page for detailed dates and times.
Programme Fee &
Subsidy
What is the cost of the Future Leaders Fellowship?
The total programme fee is SGD 4,500 per participant, after a 50% subsidy supported by DesignSingapore Council (Original fee: SGD 9,000).
Who is paying for the course fee?
The programme fee is payable by the participant or their sponsoring organisation, and an agreement will be signed with the sponsoring company.
What does the fee include?
All 6 core programme sessions - Two 1-on-1 coaching sessions - Access to guest speaker sessions - Capstone showcase - Programme materials and tools - Continued access to learning resources and the alumni network
Are there additional costs?
Optional activities such as studio visits, overseas inspiration tours, and networking events may require separate registration and payment.
